The university is currently seeking a qualified individual to assume the role of Associate Director of Graduate and Adult Admissions. This position is instrumental in representing Clarke University in various contexts as part of the enrollment process.
Essential duties include, but are not limited to :
- Manage the day-to-day operations of graduate and adult admissions to develop and influence outcome-focused recruitment strategies.
- Assist in creating, and fully execute, the annual recruitment plan that will include varying communication strategies as well as attending on and off-campus recruitment events. To include by not limited to college fairs, career fairs, professional conferences, and classroom visits.
- Carry out planned activities aimed at generating interest in the University, disseminating accurate information, and encouraging campus visitation and enrollment.
- Participate in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of procedures and strategies within the Admissions Office.
- Develops and maintains strong relationships and open communication with graduate faculty, staff, students, and administrators to best serve graduate and adult students and meet the needs of the university.
- Collaborate with the academic dean, department chairs, and graduate directors to market, recruit, enroll and retain graduate and adult students.
- Regional travel is required for this position.
- Use Clarke's CRM and SIS to manage contacts and data appropriately and utilize data when making decisions related to travel, etc.
Qualifications include : master's degree preferred (at least a bachelor's degree) with demonstrated experience in higher education, college admissions, or sales preferred. Extremely strong written and oral communication skills are required along with the ability to speak in front of groups of people comfortably. Light travel is required for this position.
