Since 1946, Clarke has served the public health mosquito control market providing products, services and solutions to help communities around the world control mosquitoes and mosquito borne disease. This mid-sized, third generation, family-owned business is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our finance team.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Reporting to the Sr. Financial Planning Manager, this position will support annual planning and strategic decision-making by providing insightful financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate business performance, develop financial models, and identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and improved profitability.
This position offers a base salary of $85,000 - $110,000. This salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, and certifications or other professional licenses held.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CPA a plus).
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, modeling and design
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, ERP systems, etc.). Experience with Workday and M3 a plus!
- Demonstrated experience with BI platforms and familiarity with tools for predictive modeling and data analytics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across departments and with all levels of leadership.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong presentation skills, including experience having independently presented to the Senior Management level.
- Ability to effectively partner with coworkers, management, department and cross-functional teams to meet performance objectives and to support mission and vision of the Company.
