Position Details :
Location : Indianapolis, IN
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM (with flexibility as needed)
Salary : $50,000 per year
What You'll Do :
- Assist in managing daily warehouse and delivery operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Oversee routing, scheduling, and driver coordination to maintain on-time performance.
- Support inventory management, loading, and quality control for high-end furniture deliveries.
- Provide leadership and training to warehouse and delivery staff, promoting a strong team culture.
- Communicate with customers and resolve service-related issues professionally.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies .
What We're Looking For :
Experience in logistics, warehouse, or delivery operations preferred.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities .
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of routing and dispatch software is a plus.
