We're looking for a Warehouse Team Lead who is hands-on, driven, and passionate about building a strong, efficient, and positive team culture. Our operation moves premium furniture and high-end deliveries - precision, hustle, and leadership matter.
What We're Looking For:
Proven leadership experience (bonus points if it's in a warehouse or logistics environment)
Strong warehouse operations knowledge
High-energy, lead-by-example attitude
Excellent communication skills with a team-first mentality
Driven, detail-oriented, and dependable - no shortcuts here!
Schedule: Monday -
Monday - Friday | Full-time | Some flexibility required
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead a team on the floor every day-loading, unloading, organizing, and prepping deliveries
Set the tone for hustle, quality, and pride in work
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse
Communicate with leadership on workflow, productivity, and any needs for improvement
Keep daily operations moving without needing to be micromanaged
