Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, with attention to detail and presentation.
- Manage cash transactions, operate a point-of-sale system, and handle customer payments.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the bar, tables, and restrooms.
- Monitor and maintain food safety and handling standards, adhering to all relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient service and a positive customer experience.
- Develop a thorough knowledge of our beverage menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer requests and concerns.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a high-volume restaurant, bar, or other food and beverage establishment.
- Experience with food preparation and presentation, as well as knowledge of food safety and handling practices.
- Familiarity with fine dining and catering services.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
