Job Description:
The Optical Technician will work closely with our team to provide exceptional patient care and achieve a world-class Total Patient Experience. This involves embracing and executing our Total Patient Experience to build relationships with all patients while delivering great medical support.
You will determine patient wants and needs and sell to exceed their expectations. You will assist patients in selecting frames according to style and color, coordinating frames with facial and eye measurements and optical prescriptions. Additionally, you will educate and recommend specific lenses, lens coatings, and frames to suit patient needs.
