If you have an active real estate license, our training shows you what works. You’ll learn how to respond to live tour requests, build simple systems, and create a strong foundation. Many agents here close 2–3 deals monthly within their first 90 days using our process.
We start with hands-on onboarding. In your first 5 days, you’ll learn how to convert leads, run buyer and seller consults, and understand contracts—so you can start showing homes quickly.
Here’s what we expect from you:
Manage residential transactions for buyers and sellers. Keep clients updated throughout the full process. Write clear, accurate contracts. Handle listing and purchase paperwork the right way. Price properties using current market data and home details. Help clients stay competitive. Respond quickly and stay connected with your clients. Follow up fast and stay available. Keep your CRM organized. Track your Zillow and other leads so nothing gets missed.
