SUBSTITUTE - TRANSPORTATION ASSISTANT (BUS AIDE)
Job Title : Substitute Transportation Assistant (Bus Aide) Reports to : Transportation Supervisor FLSA Status : Non-Exempt
Minimum Qualifications :
- High school diploma or GED;
- Must be able to work patiently with special needs students;
- Ability to walk, stand, sit, stoop, bend, reach, kneel, crawl and grasp as required to successfully perform all duties;
- Must be able to pass physical, including drug test;
- Fingerprint background check is required;
- Must pass a criminal background check that meets required state, federal, and Clarkston School District standards;
- Must have, or be able to obtain, current valid CPR / First aid certificate
- Safe Schools Training is REQUIRED, and needs to be completed BEFORE start date
