Job Title:
Nursing Assistant
Summary:
Provide a safe environment, emotional and social support, and attend to residents' physical needs and comfort.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform direct care to residents as assigned, following their care plan and under supervision.
- Maintain established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Nursing Policies and Procedures.
- Follow all health, sanitary, and infection control policies.
Requirements:
- Certification to work as a Nursing Assistant in good standing within applicable laws of the state.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- At least 18 years old (16 years old if currently in high school).
- Ability to communicate in English and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
