Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the bar, equipment, and storage.
- Manage cash and credit transactions efficiently and accurately using a POS system.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and addressing concerns.
- Handle cash and operate a cash register with precision and speed.
- Work effectively during peak hours, prioritizing tasks, and managing time efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Participate in catering and banquet events, providing personalized service to guests.
- Maintain a strong understanding of our menu, including food and drink options.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of brewing techniques and ingredients.
- Provide help and support to other team members as needed.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in bartending or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of food and drink preparation.
- Proficiency in operating a POS system and handling cash transactions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing time and prioritizing tasks.
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and ingredients is a plus.
- Sales skills are a plus.
- Availability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
