- Manage daily office operations, including attendance records, student files, and scheduling
- Support administrative staff and teachers with clerical tasks as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Assist with student enrollment, record keeping, and data entry
- Utilize eSchool student data system to input, manage information, and scheduling
- Exemplary attendance required
- Bilingual preferred – Spanish
