Not a remote role. South, FL Area Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office, 2 remote.
We're on the lookout for a friendly and enthusiastic Bilingual (Spanish) Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll support our benefits programs, work with ADP, and help ensure our policies and procedures are top-notch.
Responsibilities
Benefits:
- Team up with our HR leadership and brokers to design and implement awesome benefits plans (think health, dental, vision, and more!).
- Take charge of our open enrollment process and make sure all our materials are fresh and updated.
- Conduct audits to ensure dependents are using their insurance properly.
- Manage relationships with vendors and tackle any benefit-related questions or issues that come up.
- Keep us compliant with important laws, including ERISA, GINA, COBRA, and ACA.
Human Resources/HRIS:
- Conduct audits of I-9 forms to keep us compliant with immigration laws.
- Process purchase requisitions for new vendor onboarding to keep everything flowing smoothly.
- Keep our HRIS system updated and ensure background checks are done efficiently.
- Support our HR operations and ensure we’re compliant with all relevant laws.
- Help manage the visa process and keep tracking current.
Additional Duties:
- Be a supportive backup in all HR areas to ensure we have everything covered.
- Work with team to complete procurement proceses related to HR (Oracle experience is a plus but training will be provided)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Human Resources or relevant degree Required
- 1-3 years HR Coordinator experience or equivalent education Required
- Spanish fluency (writing and speaking) Required
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree Human Resources
- 1-3 years General HR experience in benefits administration, HRIS, and HR functions
- 1-3 years Progressive HR experience as an HR Generalist or similar
- 1-3 years Experience in data analytics, reporting, data insights, or related field
Skills Required
- Knowledge of principles and practices in human resources.
- Knowledge of US legislation Leave of Absence and Accommodations.
- Conflict/mediation management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and personal information.
- Ability to work as part of a collaborative team.
- Excel, Power point, and Word skills.

Pay Range
USD $50,000.00 - USD $75,000.00 /Yr.
