We are seeking a highly skilled bilingual (Spanish and English) finance professional with a master's degree in finance and a minimum of six years of experience in leading financial processes and investment management. This role primarily focuses on attracting and managing investors while overseeing key financial functions
Responsibilities:
- Investor Relations & Capital Development: Lead efforts to identify, attract, and secure investors for growth opportunities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing investors, providing them with clear, detailed information on investment opportunities and financial performance.
- Budgeting & Financial Management: Supervise staff responsible for developing, analyzing, and controlling operating budgets. Ensure the preparation of budget modifications and manage fiscal processes, including budget creation, finance, and cost accounting.
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Oversee the preparation of periodic financial reports, annual returns, and other fiscal documentation. Provide timely, accurate updates to C-suite executives and management regarding fiscal performance and investment opportunities.
- Strategic Fiscal Support: Advise senior management on the budgetary impact of contractual obligations, investments, and other financial commitments. Analyze financial data and recommend adjustments to ensure long-term growth and fiscal stability.
- Vendor & Fiscal Officer Coordination: Interact with vendors, investment partners, and other fiscal officers to ensure efficient financial operations and reporting.
- Research & Data Management: Conduct in-depth financial and programmatic research, entering and analyzing data to support strategic decision-making. Develop spreadsheets and data models to track financial performance and investment metrics.
- Training & Presentations: Provide training and support to staff on financial processes and reporting. Make presentations to stakeholders, investors, and senior management on financial performance, investment opportunities, and budgetary forecasts.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Master's degree in Finance or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in financial management, with a focus on attracting and managing investments
- Proven track record of working with investors, managing financial processes, and advising senior leadership
- Strong analytical skills with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly and effectively in both Spanish and English
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
