About your Role:
As a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate, high-quality care to our patients. In this position, you will manage an assigned caseload, conducting psychiatric evaluations, prescribing and monitoring medications, and providing direct patient care at one or both of our Tucson office locations. Telehealth options may also be available for some patients.
You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, overseeing medical assistants, participating in treatment planning, and consulting on cases to support holistic and patient-centered care. Additionally, you will document client interactions to track progress toward treatment goals. While this position focuses on workday clinical needs, you will also participate in a rotational on-call schedule—typically one week per month after hours—though calls are rare.

Does the following apply to you?
- MD or DO with an unrestricted medical license in Arizona
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Child/Adolescent Psychiatry.
- Experience with AHCCCS (Arizona Medicaid) is a plus
- Proof of the following:
- CPR/First Aid certification
- A valid, unrestricted Arizona driver’s license
- Fingerprint clearance
- Educational credentials
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish/English is highly desirable
