You'll make a direct impact in nurturing a supportive and empowered team by leading and supervising our clinical supervisors and directors and managing the hiring and training of team members. As a key representative of our organization, you'll represent us on local, agency, and national committees, building strong community and client relationships.
You'll be at the heart of our organization, overseeing everything from contractual obligations to administrative, clinical, and non-clinical programs, all while optimizing our workflow processes. Your use of data analysis, collaborative problem-solving, and budget management will be crucial in upholding productivity and compliance standards, and expanding our clinical programs, ensuring our agency's success.
