As our Program Director, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding, mentoring, and empowering our team of program supervisors and Clarvida staff. This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth and excellence by working alongside supervisors to assess service delivery, implement new strategies, ensure that our programs continue to thrive, and continue our reputation for fostering a team of dedicated professionals committed to quality care.
In this leadership role, you’ll be instrumental in supporting our team to deliver high-quality services that truly make a difference in the lives of those we serve. You'll oversee coordination, supervision, and the seamless execution of service programs, ensuring they not only meet but exceed expectations in terms of growth and compliance. Your contributions will directly support our mission to promote positive, lasting outcomes for our community. This position also includes administrative on-call responsibilities and serves as a key liaison between Clarvida, community agencies, and Department of Human Services teams. Our Director is provided mileage reimbursement and access to a pool vehicle for occasional travel to the Loveland, Denver, and Colorado Springs offices.

- $70,000- $80,000 annual salary
- Weekday 8am-4pm/9am-5pm office/hybrid

Does the following apply to you?
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related degree
- 2 years or more of experience providing Child Welfare services to families and children
- Valid Driver’s license with clean record and current auto insurance
- Ability to pass fingerprinting and background checks
- Preferred:
- Licensed as LPC, LPCC, LMSW/LSW
- Supervisory experience
