About this role :
As a Pre-licensed Clinical Therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting youth and families who experience challenges with their cognitive and behavioral health. By providing hands-on, intensive individual and family therapy, you'll help strengthen and preserve family bonds while equipping clients with the tools, education, and resources they need to thrive. Working as part of a dedicated and compassionate team, you'll receive ongoing supervision and support to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those you serve.
Perks of this role :
- 24.50 / hour for weekday, non-client-facing work (until 5 PM)
- 27 / hour for billable services rendered after 5 PM or on weekends
- Opportunity to earn an additional $1 / hour for surpassing base client services goals
- 3,000 hiring bonus
- Potential to earn up to an additional $7,500 annually for on-call hours (maximum 15 days per month)
- Licensure supervision provided
- Training in evidence-based practices such as TBRI, Motivational Interviewing, and DBT
- Employee status with full insurance benefits (not a contracted role)
- Flexible hours and work environment.
