ACT Team Leader
About your role:
As our ACT Team Leader, you will provide supportive and growth minded leadership to a team of 10 ACT professionals. This position also allows you to utilize your clinical skills directly with 1-10 clients a week, approximately 30% of your time. The rest of this position is administrative/supervisory with the opportunity to work from home half of this time. This role provides on-call supervision assistance to team members.

What is the ACT Program?
Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) was created in the 1970s and is one of the oldest and most widely researched evidence-based practices working with severe mental illness adult clients. By providing person centered assistance including housing, recovery, vocational support, nurse/psychiatrist and therapist services, we enable clients to eventually transition to lower levels of care programs or move toward independence, increasing their quality of life.
What we’re looking for:
- Louisiana licensed as LPC, LCSW, LPC-S, or BAC-S, in good standing
- Valid state driver’s license in good standing
- Candidates must be registered with their respective boards or eligible for registration
- Preferred: 2 year’s professional experience providing services to persons with serious mental illness
- Preferred: 1 year of supervisory experience other than supervising for licensure
