About your Role:
This position is responsible for providing direct and indirect behavioral intervention and consultation to consumers, family, and other stakeholders. This position is responsible for guiding treatment by developing a treatment plan, monitoring progress on goals, intervening directly with a consumer, and developing programs, as appropriate. There is room for growth in this role.
- May need to transport consumers in your own personal car.

Does the following apply to you?
- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Education, ABA or similar human services field
- Or having a Master’s Degree with 50% or more of ABA course work, if degree is not in one of the above fields.
- Or having a PA Behavior Specialist License
- At least 1 year of experience in either a CASSP service system or employed by a licensed mental health services agency or subcontracted agency. Or completed training in conducting and using a Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA), and in positive behavioral support. Training must be provided by the Bureau of Autism Services, or an accredited college or university.
- Ability to obtain Act 33, Act 34, and FBI Clearances
- Must possess a valid driver’s license for the purpose of transporting consumers, if needed
