ABOUT YOUR ROLE
This role oversees the overall operation and leadership of an Adult 23-Hour Crisis Center, in Clackamas County, ensuring adherence to program philosophy, policies, and compliance standards. Key responsibilities include managing staff recruitment, development, and performance, supervising clinical and administrative functions, and facilitating partnerships with community stakeholders such as law enforcement and healthcare providers. The position also involves fiscal management, program evaluation, data tracking, and ensuring appropriate staff coverage across shifts. Additionally, the role provides on-call support for critical incidents and fosters collaborative relationships with community partners.

- This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $87,360 to $95,680 annually, based on experience and qualification.

- Potential to earn up to an additional $8,400 annually for on-call hours
