Job Title : Clinical Supervisor
Program : HRT
State : Arizona

Reports To : HRT Executive Director
FLSA Status : Non-Exempt
SUMMARY
The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical guidance and management, support, and development to all licensed and unlicensed clinicians. The Clinical Supervisor provides oversight and supervision to the counselors that are part of the Foster and Adoptive (FAST) and Administration of the Courts (AOC) teams. The Clinical Supervisor also be providing daily administrative oversight to the program and services and supports the HRT Executive Director in their program oversight and will work alongside the Behavioral Health Program Supervisor.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Oversees all aspects of the clinical services of outpatient treatment services
2. Consults with HRT Executive Director on a regular basis to keep her / him up-to-date on program performance and needs
3. Facilitates regular meetings to ensure staff is kept well informed and provides treatment team leadership, including weekly group supervision, and monthly individual supervision
4. Provides direct client care as assigned, which may include individual, family, group therapies, discharge planning, and phone contacts to parents and referral sources
5. Coordinates with behavioral health team to staff client treatment issues, professional consultations, or Child and Family Team concerns
6. Collaborates with HRT Executive Director for the establishment of clinical program content and delivery of service
7. Audits client charts regarding clinical documentation
8. Participates in program development and interacts with other staff regarding difficult cases
9. Maintain and ensures HIPAA, ethical standards and professional boundaries with all staff and clients
10. Responsible for adhering to department budget and may participate in development of such
11. Performs administrative functions consistent with the needs of the program
12. Participates in program staff and planning meetings as required
13. Other duties as assigned or necessary to support your department and / or the company

QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to write and maintain accurate and timely documentation. Ability to speak publicly with ability to lead and influence.
Must have excellent organizational and time management skills. Must be flexible and able to handle multiple priorities with the ability to adjust to high pressure and rapidly changing business conditions.
Ability to quickly and accurately identify and define problems engaging others in developing solutions and manage change. Ability to interpret and comply with complex legal and contract requirements.
