Crisis Center Program Manager, Region 3
Individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis require a focused level of attention and care. Our staff at our Community Crisis Centers focus on building healthy relationships and teaching appropriate social skills, coping skills, and anger management skills. Our Crisis Center Program Manager provides overall management of day-to-day operations in these year-round crisis facilities supporting youth and adults in the community.
As our Program Manager, you will represent Clarvida within our communities, maintaining active and positive relationships through engaging and participating in meetings with law enforcement, EMS, and other mental health community providers. Your role provides meaningful supervision and support to employees and programs, including conducting staff training and meeting, complaint resolutions, service delivery maintenance, and be available for on-call support to address staff coverage, concerns, and any emergency situations. As Program Manager, you will oversee the centers by engaging in staff hiring, training oversight, and discipline, policy development and program strategy, marketing engagement, and collaborating regularly with the Program Director and leadership.

What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field
- 1or more years’ experience managing a behavioral health program and working with dual diagnosis participants
- Proven ability to build up and lead a team; developing each member to their fullest potential in a fast-paced environment.
- Create an organizational culture that respects and celebrates the diversity of our consumers
- Ability to pass background checks, including Enhanced Fingerprinting with ID DHW
- Valid Driver License with clean driving record and valid Auto Insurance coverage
- Preferred: Licensed as LCPC, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMSW in Idaho
