About your Role:
As an Employment Specialist/Case Manager, you will work with Medicaid clients aged 16 and older who experience substance use disorders, or behavioral/mental health diagnoses, that hinder their ability to find employment. Working with your client, you will assess their strengths and interests to aid in the goal of finding employment. You will work together on resume building, interview skills, and employment skills such as relationship development and how to manage anxiety, depression, anger, etc. to maintain their position successfully. This position acts as an advocate, case manager, and skills coach, making a true impact in the lives of their clients.

Does the following apply to you?
- High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED) and two (2) years of relevant experience; OR
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services, Social Services or related field; OR
- Certified Employment Support Professional (CESP) Certification issued by the Employment Support Professional Certification Council (ESPCC) and one (1) year of relevant/demonstrated experience
- Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) Certification issued by the Commission of Rehabilitation Counselor Council (CRCC) and one (1) year of relevant/demonstrated experience
- Ability to pass fingerprinting and background checks
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and auto insurance
