About your role :
The Health Navigator coordinates with hospital systems and others in the community to form professional relationships and reduce barriers for potential clients. The Health Navigator coordinates with these outside agencies / facilities, in order to engage difficult to reach individuals and potential new members. The Health Navigator contacts potential THL (Tennessee Health Link) clients and educates them on how the service could be beneficial in addressing his or her unique needs.
Does the following apply to you?
Bachelor`s Degree (Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health, Child & Family Studies or Human Development) or LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)
Experience working in the healthcare industry. Background in marketing, sales, or public relations is a plus.
