About the Program :
Opportunity Knocks is a full service partnership (FSP) treating adults struggling with severe mental health disorders along with a current / recent legal history and are at risk of being homeless or currently homeless.
About Your Role :
As a Lead Personal Services Coordinator, you will assist the Clinical supervisor and Program Director in overseeing the team of Personal Service Coordinators. Provide training to all new PSC staff. You will carry a small therapy client caseload and provide direct case management services. Identify problems and offer constructive suggestions for corrective action. Act as lead in handling all crisis situations
