About your Role:
As a Clinician, you will provide essential support to children and youth with behavioral and/or psychological health needs, some of whom may be at risk of being removed from their homes. Through counseling, supervision, and parent skill training, you will work closely with client families in collaboration with the treatment team, delivering services in home and community settings. This role allows for a high degree of independence and leadership, as you will serve as the team leader for each client’s treatment team.

About your Role:

- $64,000/year starting pay
- $15,000 additional incentive opportunities annually
- $1,000 annual stay-on bonus for the first two years of employment
- Low caseload of 7 clients!
- Reimbursement for initial licensure and renewal fees
- Personal peer mentor to aid in your training and development
- Graduate Degree in Social Work or Counseling; OR current enrollment in a Graduate program
- Active or pursuing licensure as LMSWcc, LCSW, LCPC, LCPCcc, LMFTS, or LMFTcc within Maine
