About your Role:
As our Clinician/Therapist you will provide an important support for our clients and utilize your knowledge of theories and clinical practice experience to make clinical recommendations, implement and review treatment plans, psycho-therapy progress notes, perform assessments and discharge summaries. You will have opportunities to both lead groups and provide individual therapy for adults and youth. Through collaboration with other treatment providers, you will provide support and communication to clients with behavioral health diagnoses to enable their continued success. Our Clinician attends supervisions, staff meetings, adheres to payor, company, and HIPAA standards and practices. At the start of IOP, clients struggle to emotionally regulate and build healthy relationships but by graduation they will be able to do both. This position begins as Part-Time with the potential to move up to Full-Time (30 hours) as a caseload builds.

Does the following apply to you?
- Licensed in Idaho as LMSW, LPC, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT
- Knowledge and experience utilizing psychological theories
- Familiarity with community mental health resources preferred
- Ability to pass background checks, including Enhanced Fingerprinting with ID DHW.
