About Your Role
As our Mental Health Professional, you will work with adults aged 18 and older who have been discharged to lesser levels of care such as an adult family home or Assisted living facility, and need additional behavior supports to maintain that placement. By engaging the client and their support system, you will work together to create a Safety and Crisis Plan and Individual Behavior Support plan, and meet weekly to review and work toward those identified goals.Through ongoing evaluations, progress notes, plans, and meeting documentation, you will document client progress and/or behaviors to address.This position works an after-hour phone crisis response approximately 1 week every 3 months.

- Varies upon location
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavior Analysis or related field and one of the following:
- Eligible as an Agency Affiliated Counselor through WA DOH (we can assist with submission)
- Licensed in Washington as a Social Worker, Mental Health Counselor, or other Behavioral Health provider (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) or licensed at an Associate level in one of these disciplines (LSWAIC, LMHCA, LMFTA).Application as Certified or Licensed Agency Affiliate Counselor required in lieu of Associate License.
- Licensed in Washington as a Behavior Analyst with accompanying Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst.
- Satisfactory results of fingerprinting and background checks
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and auto insurance
