About Your Role
The Professional Development Facilitator, under the supervision of the Director of Professional Development for the state, ensures that all employees receive training, or retraining, in a caring, competent, and responsible manner; provides guidance and direction regarding all company values, standards, policy and procedures. They must also strive to maintain optimum and collaborative relationships amongst the programs in their division, and to establish a workable system of communication in order to permit the exchange of ideas and information with all elements of the regions and company as a whole.
This position requires travel of approximately 25% of the time.
Does the following apply to you?
A Bachelor’s degree in a Human Service, social work, education or child development discipline from an accredited four-year college or university and a minimum of five years of experience working with children/adolescents and/or families, and training experience.
OR
A Master’s degree in a Human Service, social work, education or child development discipline from an accredited college or university and a minimum of two years of experience working with children/adolescents and/or families, and training experience.
