Essential Duties And Responsibilities Supervision & Quality Assurance of ABA Services Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Growth & Expansion of Autism Services
- Lead the development and implementation of ABA programs in new expansion locations.
- Conduct market research and identify key areas for program expansion.
- Establish and oversee startup operations for new programs on the ground.
- Develop business relationships with local schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations to build referral networks.
- Provide clinical oversight to BCBA teams and ensure high-quality ABA service delivery for new programs.
- Will include becoming licensed in all other states where services are starting
- Conduct ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development sessions for BCBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Monitor program outcomes and implement improvements to optimize clinical effectiveness.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to attract, hire, and retain high-quality BCBAs.
- Work with Marketing to develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to address staffing needs in expansion locations.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and ensure onboarding success
- Provide clinical supervision as needed to BHT, BHT-ABA, Assistant BC-ABA

- Be licensed with a scope of practice that includes overseeing the provision of ABA services and have a certification as a BCBA or other graduate-level certification in behavior analysis. Must have Criminal, Child Abuse and FBI Clearances
