Description
Our Therapists work collaboratively with the clinical team, providing support to children, youth, adults, and families through assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and evidence based therapeutic modalities. You will have the ability to work independently with clients, and as part of a team, coordinating with schools, court systems, medical professionals, and other involved parties, to help clients succeed. We provide a supportive and fun office dynamic, including cook-off competitions, spirit week celebrations, support of local community program events, etc. We offer free licensure supervision, ongoing training, and a supportive work environment.
Perks of this role :
- Salary of $47-80k dependent upon licensure
- Sign-on Bonus of up to $3,500 based on education / licensure
- Free licensure supervision
- Weekday 8am-5pm; with schedule flexibility a few times a week
- Opportunity for hybrid work after 6 months of employment
- Opportunity to earn up to an additional $4800 per year
What we’re looking for :
Master’s Degree in Counseling, Therapy, Psychology or a related field and 1 or more years’ counseling / mental health experience
