Apartment management company seeking experienced Maintenance Technician for high end luxury property located in Beaufort, SC
EPA & CPO Certification preferred, Apartment Industry Experience a plus
Must have knowledge of minor appliance repairs (refrigerator, stove, oven, garbage disposal, dishwashers, etc.) along with HVAC and swimming pool maintenance, make ready/turn experience, special projects, common area and building upkeep.
Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and strong work ethic required
Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
Able to respond to on-call emergency issues on nights and weekends for on-call rotation
Starting pay of $21/hour based on prior experience and certifications.
