Join a premier Class A luxury apartment community under development in Byron, GA , and help launch a brand-new community! We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to lead our team and ensure the financial and operational success of our new property. This position is a great opportunity for someone with lease-up experience or a strong background in multi-family property management.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of community operations, including resident relations, community maintenance, and budget management.
- Lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding service and maintain a positive community environment.
- Develop and execute strategies for effective marketing and advertising to attract residents to the lease-up community.
- Monitor market conditions and adjust leasing strategies to ensure high occupancy.
- Manage personnel functions, ensuring staff are well-supported, motivated, and trained.
- Maintain strong communication with residents, team members, and the management team to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a multi-family property manager, with lease-up experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.
- Ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience with property management software such as Entrata is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to the fast-paced environment of a lease-up property.
- Successful completion of a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
