Position Overview

We are seeking experienced and reliable Over-the-Road Truck Drivers to join our team. As a driver for APL Cargo Inc., you will be responsible for transporting goods across various states and ensuring timely and safe deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport goods across multiple states
• Ensure on-time pick-up and delivery of shipments
• Maintain a high safety score with no accidents and no bad DOT inspections
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
  
  

Compensation

• Starting Pay: 27% of the load revenue
  
  

Safety Bonuses For Clean Inspections

• Level 1: $300
• Level 2: $200
• Level 3: $100
  
  

Monthly Bonus Structure

• MPG 7 : $200
• On-Time Pick-Up and Delivery (95% ): $200
• Safety Score (95% ) with No Accidents and No Bad DOT Inspections: $200
• Earn Up to $600 a month in bonuses
  
  

Evaluations And Raise Structure

• 90 Days: 0.5% increase
• 1 Year: Additional 0.5% increase
• Each Year After: 0.5% increase
  
  

Additional Pay

• Breakdown Pay: $100 after 8 hours
  
  

Qualifications

• Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License)
• Minimum of 2 years of over-the-road driving experience
• Clean driving record
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
