Starting Pay: $0.60 per mile - With performance-based increases up to $0.65 per mile!

Estimated Annual Earnings: $75,000 - $95,000 per year, based on experience, mileage, and performance incentives.

Performance Raises

• $0.02 CPM after 90 days
• $0.02 CPM after 1 year
• $0.01 CPM increase every year after

• Fuel Efficiency (MPG 7 ): $200/month
• On-Time Performance (95% ): $200/month
• Safety Score (95% , No Accidents, Clean DOT Inspections): $200/month
  
  

Safety Inspection Bonuses

• Level 1 Clean Inspection: $300
• Level 2 Clean Inspection: $200
• Level 3 Clean Inspection: $100
• Additional Pay:
• Layover & Breakdown Pay: $100 after 8 hours
