Key Responsibilities
- Transport goods across multiple states with precision and care.
- Ensure timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
- Maintain a stellar safety record with no accidents and clean DOT inspections.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to ensure smooth operations.
- Starting Pay: $0.60 per mile.
- Evaluations and Raise Structure:
- 90 Days: $0.01 per mile increase
- 1 Year: Additional $0.01 per mile increase
- Each Year After: $0.01 per mile increase
- Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License).
- Minimum of 2 years of over-the-road driving experience.
- Clean driving record.
- Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
