Job Description:

• Our availability is 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday – Friday (shift end time varies)
• Exhibit excellent customer service and responsible leadership at all times
• Clean, disinfect, prepare, and organize all equipment at the end of the shift
• Drive and maintain a safe and clean company vehicle
• Dust, Clean and Disinfect houses with a variety of household cleaning solutions and equipment according to our procedures
• Vacuum carpets and area rugs
• Wet-clean hard floors by hand while wearing knee pads for safety and comfort
• Dust furniture, baseboards, ceiling fans, blinds
• Place fresh linens on beds and make beds
• Clean and disinfect showers and toilets with proper tools and chemicals
• This is a very physical job - it's has been said that it's like getting paid to work out!!

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to work Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm (End of Shift varies)
• A Valid Driver's License with five years of excellent driving history
• Willing to travel daily in our vehicles from our office and back to Raleigh, Wake Forest, Rolesville, Holly Springs, Cary, Apex, and/or Morrisville
• Willing to work alone or as part of a team
• Must be comfortable working around friendly pets
• Must have a clean background / pass a criminal background check
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (eVerify)
• You must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently
• You must be able to be on your feet, standing, bending, and lifting up to 30 lbs. consistently throughout your whole shift. You must be able to carry all of your products and tools to each job location. These products and tools include; step stool, vacuum, mop, broom, caddy full of tools and cleaning products. You may be required to carry all of the things you need to successfully clean a client's home up and down flights of stairs multiple times
• You should live within a 35-minute radius of our home office in Raleigh, NC
• Tidy and professional appearance is a must in this customer-facing role. No facial jewelry, visible tattoos should be covered, limit bright or unnatural hair colors
• Detail-oriented A MUST and a commitment to delivering outstanding results
• A positive, professional attitude
• Reliable and punctual, with a documented consistent attendance record (we call references)
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• References from previous employers to validate work history and reliability
• A passion for cleaning and a dedication to creating clean, sanitary environments

• Must be willing to check-in personal cell phone with office manager each morning. You will receive a company smart watch for emergency and work-related phone calls.

Pay:

• Training is paid at your full rate and lasts 2 weeks to 2 months
• Sign-on bonus of $250 after completion of training and deployment into field independently
