Class Action Capital is a boutique class action claims management firm in the global litigation finance industry specializing in the identification, research, data analysis, and filing of complex class action claims for corporate clients.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Temporary Data Analyst. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of analytical expertise and problem-solving skills to drive data-driven decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.
Required
- BA (must have already graduated) in related field
- 1 year of experience in a professional setting
Preferred
- Proficient in working with large datasets from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy through strong data cleansing skills.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF statements, data analysis functions, and automation techniques.
- Proficient in SQL for data querying and analysis.
- Strong understanding of business processes and ability to connect data insights with operational needs.
- Effective communicator with experience presenting findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Perform data migration and data cleansing activities to ensure accurate and seamless integration of datasets.
- Analyze large datasets using SQL and Excel to uncover insights and trends.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support strategic initiatives.
