Key Responsibilities
- Oversee valet staff and ensure timely, professional vehicle service
- Maintain dealership lot appearance and flow
- Welcome and assist customers with a high level of service
- Support and implement company policies and service standards
- Train and manage team members for optimal performance
- At least 5 years of driving experience with a valid driver's license
- Management experience in a similar or related field
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Available Monday-Friday, 7AM-4PM, with flexibility for shift coverage
- Experience managing employee timeclocks
- Familiarity with scheduling and workforce management
- Experience conducting interviews
