As a Helpdesk Specialist at Bell Plumbing, you will be the go-to person for resolving IT issues and providing support to our team. Starting pay at $20 to $27 hourly, depending on experience!
- Provable 1-2 years of previous IT help desk experience
- Intermediate knowledge of Mac, PC/Windows, and iOS
- Technical support experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - enjoy interacting with coworkers in person and via phone/email/Teams
- Strong troubleshooting skills - persistence in finding solutions
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Patience and a solution-oriented mindset
- Capable of prioritizing tasks based on importance
- Proficient in Office365
- Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours if needed
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities
