As the HVAC Install Lead at PipeDreams, you will oversee the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. You can expect to earn between $35 and $60 hourly with our base and commission plan -- which is completely uncapped!
- Proven 3-5 years of recent full-time experience in HVAC installation.
- EPA Universal Certification.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the installation of AC systems, mini-splits, and heat pumps.
- Valid Driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Company provided vehicle, gas card, and tools
