Our starting wage is between $30 and $48 per hour, all depending on your experience!

- Minimum of 5 years' HVAC experience
- Strong skills in troubleshooting, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems (Commercial equipment preferred)
- Ability to climb ladders and lift tools and parts as needed
- Must be EPA certified
- Must be reliable, a strong communicator, and a team player
- Must reside in the Hampton Roads or Richmond markets
- Master’s or Journeyman’s license
