- 5 year track record as a Residential Carpenter, Residential Maintenance Tech, or Home Remodeler
- Reside within 15 miles of San Marcos
- Ability to perform drywall finishing
- Own standard set of tools
- Own your own work truck or van (we pay trip charges to offset your fuel cost!)
