AVM is hiring a Traveling Project Superintendent for Installation Projects!
As a Project Superintendent at AVM Group, you will provide overall on-site administrative and technical management on various construction project sites nationwide. This position is normally one of independent project supervision on small to medium-size projects and may direct one major segment of a large, extensive project. The superintendent's role is hands-on, requiring daily engagement with tools and materials to ensure the successful completion of construction tasks.
While our headquarters are in the Cleveland Metro Area, this is full time travel role across countryWe are offering a starting salary of $75,000 - $95,000 depending on experience, plus a generous vehicle allowance.
- 8 years of Construction/Craft Team Management Experience
- Willing to travel across the country for various projects
- Valid Driver's License & Clean Driving Record
- Comfortable with a pre-employment background check
- Comfortable working with tools and materials on a daily basis
