Classic Buildings is Hiring for a Sales Position Designing & Selling Portable Buildings. We Design and Build Portable Buildings for our customer's unique uses, Garden Sheds, Garages, Airbnb Cabins, Tiny Homes, Studios, Pool houses, Sunrooms, Home Gyms, Man-Caves, & She-Sheds.
Our sales Process is simple: Identifying & Understanding our customers' dreams, then Designing the Building during the sales process.
Job Duties include:
- Make outbound calls to Prospects in CRM
- Manage CRM
- Take inbound Customer calls
- Handling Incoming Web leads
- Set appointments to Design our customers' Dream.
- Assess the customers' needs & Dreams via Good Questions
- Design & Quote the project and do a presentation
- Closing the Sale
