Flexible Pay Packages :
We offer two pay plans to meet your needs :
56 CPM base for all miles (we pay practical miles) accessorials / bonuses benefits (medical, vacation, holiday) per diem yearly pay increases longevity bonus.
66 CPM for all miles (we pay practical miles) accessorials / bonuses (no health insurance, no vacation pay, no holiday pay) per diem longevity bonus.
Additional Pay Plan Benefits :
Total pay includes accessorials such as layover, detention, and additional stops / pickups.
Layover pay is $150 per night.
Detention pay is $20 per hour starting one hour after appointment time.
Holiday pay is $150 per holiday.
Additional stops / pickups pay $25 each.
Safety bonus paid quarterly at $.03 CPM per billable mile (if you qualify).
Weekend deliveries earn an additional $100 bonus.
Rare NYC trips provide a $150 bonus if you choose to go.
Vacation pay included.
Pay Schedule :
The following pay increases will apply :
Starting pay $0.56 CPM
After 6 months : $0.58 CPM
After 12 months : $0.60 CPM
After 24 months : $0.62 CPM
After 60 months : $0.62 CPM plus longevity bonus
Quarterly bonus of $0.02 CPM can bring total pay to $0.66 CPM
Additional Benefits for OTR Drivers :
Health insurance through Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield after 30 days.
Company-paid dental insurance for employees after 30 days.
Company-paid life insurance of $20,000 after 30 days.
Short-Term Disability (STD) insurance after 30 days.
401(k) plan with company match.
Per diem of $69 per night on the road.
Job Duties Include :
Operating tractor-trailer combination with a reefer unit.
Performing daily pre-trip and safety inspections on equipment.
Hooking / unhooking trailers.
Verifying and completing required documentation and reports.
Maintaining accurate daily logs.
Communicating with dispatch as needed.
Providing excellent customer service.
Complying with all applicable laws / regulations and company policies / procedures.
Performing other duties as required.
Trucking Perks with Classic Carriers :
Family rider policy available after 90 days (immediate family only and must be age 14 ).
Pets allowed in trucks.
Samsara System with GPS enabled.
Optional satellite TV in truck ($15.63 weekly deduction but reimbursed at quarter's end if you qualify for the safety bonus; available after 90 days).
Access to a driver lounge with showers, free laundry facilities, kitchen, cable TV, and recliners.
OTR Driver Job Qualifications :
Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL).
Must have two years of recent verifiable experience, including military experience.
Must maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) based on hiring standards.
Must be at least 23 years old.
Must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulatory requirements under section 391 of the Federal Motor Carriers (FMC) regulations.
