Classic CDJR of Lancaster SC is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, customer focused, and motivated Service Advisor to join our team. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers promptly and respectfully
- Obtain customer and vehicle information
- Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
- Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage and history of vehicle
- Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
- Establish follow up time
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently
- Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
- Explain all completed work and charges to customers
- Work together as a united team and assist other employees as needed
- Build long-term relationships with customers and within the store/organization
- Provide honest and professional experiences with every transaction
REQUIREMENTS:
- Current driver's license and acceptable driving record based on current insurance carrier
- Proficiency in computer software and automotive store applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer focused environment
- Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
- Past experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager or Service Consultant
- Above average energy level
- A desire for a long term career within a growing organization
- Personal and professional integrity
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
