Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Technician to join our team. Duties
- Operate and maintain various equipment related to dry cleaning and laundering processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their needs and inquiries.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash register operations and cash handling.
- Clean and maintain work areas to ensure a safe and efficient environment.
- Perform basic math calculations for transaction processing and inventory management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and uphold quality standards.
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality, with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
- Proficient in cash handling and operating cash registers.
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Experience in dry cleaning or laundering processes is preferred but not required.
