PRIMARY OBJECTIVES / JOB SUMMARY
The Integration Business Partner will support the market and integration of newly acquired businesses. This role will collaborate with the field and across several departments. The goal is to ensure the teammates and overall business health is transitioned to Classic Collision processes.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES / JOB FUNCTION
- Active Integration includes WIP Integration and WIP Conversion duties which are typically activated 1-week pre close to 90 days post close depending on acquisition size, priorities and WIP method. This work includes and not limited to :
- Pre-Close work within "home" market (AKA no flight needed) : employee welcome letters, photo documentation (garbage bins, capex needs, etc.) WIP prep, vendor setup support, OE cert transfer support, DRP communication support, GM Day of Close checklist leadership (SOP in Teams), training admin on Recipe Book and verifying the integration demonstration checklist is complete for all employees.
- Participating in Daily Quick 15's
- Communicate telephonically (emails should not be used with new employees still learning the process)
- Close files within 24 hours
- Assist with managing WIP ARs (identifying, posting, transferring, etc.)
- Cost transfer from Legacy CCC to Classic CCC daily.
- Managing / verifying account setups and transfers post-close (Amazon Business, OPSTrax, etc)
- WIP Conversion or Integration night of close. All parties remain online and actively assisting until confirmation of completion by lead. This may result in working longer hours than normal business hours and may result in weekend work.
- Payroll assistance and / or management.
- Reserve Integration is activated when other priorities do not occupy the workday. It is Mission Critical to Classic's culture that all members of the Integration team remain engaged with daily operations. The Integration Business Manager will help develop a schedule and priority list with the home market AVP.
- Train new admin employees onsite during business hours
- Support AVP projects and initiatives (AR, AP, Capex requests, DRP rollout, etc.)

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use their hands and is required to talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, sit, and walk occasionally for long periods at a time. The employee may occasionally be required to reach with hands, and arms and move objects up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. In addition, abilities for assessing the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned are required.
