Retail Automotive Repair Specialist
We are seeking a Retail Automotive Repair Specialist to join our team at Classic Collision. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assessing damage, and preparing estimates for customers and insurance partners.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail automotive repair processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with estimating systems, such as CCC1, and I-CAR/ASE certification are preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication throughout the repair process.
- Conduct thorough assessments of vehicle damage.
- Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for customers and insurance partners.
- Collaborate with technicians to confirm all aspects of damage are addressed.
- Perform quality inspections prior to vehicle delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in retail automotive repair or estimating preferred.
- Familiarity with estimating systems and certifications an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
